Marche aquatique

Take advantage of the invigorating iodine air, optimize your physical condition and endurance, stimulate your blood circulation and give your joints, tendons and muscles a gentle workout.

Start at the Aquatic Center and walk from the Cercle de voile towards the Casino.

The session in the water lasts around 45 minutes.
The group (maximum 25 people, aged 16 and over) will be led by two professionals who will guarantee your safety.
