    Meet at the Aquatic Center 30 minutes before the session. The Aquatic Center will be the starting point for a walk from the Sailing Club to the Casino.

    The duration of the session in the water will be approximately 45'.

    The group (25 people maximum, aged 16 and over) will be supervised by a professional who will lead and guarantee your safety.

    Medical certificate of no contraindication to aquatic walking at sea is required from October to April.
