For the second consecutive year, the Savoy-based ensemble Le Concert des
oyseaux offers you a baroque journey, in formation for voice, theorbo
viola da gamba and flute. -
Like a need for appeasement and humanity, "Cease, anxious world"
(after the title of an aria by Purcell) wanders between improvisation
traditional music and learned music of the 17th and 18th centuries.
