The Isvari Yoga association, created in 2014 in Chatelaillon, will welcome you from July 6 to August 20, 2023 for yoga classes on the beach.

Isabelle has been teaching Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga for over 10 years, and is an instructor recognized by the Fédération Française de Yoga (FFY) and Yoga Alliance.
Her background in Indian culture and her apprenticeship with leading teachers in the field have led her to favour a gentle practice that respects tradition.
