    The total surface is about 50 m2 on 2 levels. On the first floor, there is the living room, with the kitchen, the living room and a large dining table in front of the fireplace.
    On the first floor, there is the master bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a secondary bedroom, closed with a door and with 2 bunk beds (90).

    Numerous equipments are available: kitchen equipment (refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, electric coffee maker, Nespresso Magimix pod, dishes and pans), 4 K television, bluetooth radio. Iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and household products.
    The accommodation is connected to WIFI.
    All rooms have electric heating for winter, not used in summer.
    Two opposite entrances allow access to the accommodation: on one side by the common courtyard (the quereux) where the private outdoor parking for the car is located, on the other side by the garden of the Escale de Mortagne, where you have a private terrace equipped (table, chairs, garden furniture, deck chairs).
