- 11am: Mussel sorting demonstrations at the Prévost-Chollet establishment
- 11 a.m.: Young-audience show "Mémé Re Ouais et l'océan" (Granny Re Ouais and the ocean)
- 11:45 a.m.: Guided tour of the oyster-farming professions and sectors at the educational center.
- 12pm: Oyster-opening and oyster-eating competition at Place André Hesse
- 12:30 pm: Concert by the "Batterie Fanfare
- 1pm: Traditional dances with "Les Mélusines" on Place André Hesse
- 2pm to 5pm: Games on the foreshore: bike races, tug-of-war...
- 3:30 p.m.: Guided tour of the oyster-farming trades and industries at the educational area
