Open to the outside world, the villa opens the doors to its veranda, which doubles as a winter lounge. There's room for everyone, either in the enclosed garden with its trees, or in the small garden with direct access to the beach. Make the most of the space for socializing and sharing, with a 30 m² living room on the ground floor. The air-conditioned living room with its large sofa faces the ocean. All in the kitchen, for the cooks in the group to enjoy and impress your guests. You'll also find a typical bathroom with toilet and washbasin, which doubles as a laundry room. Continue your tour upstairs, with 3 bedrooms, each with its own space and privacy. First come, first served, a first-floor bedroom with a 160cm bed and ocean views. A second bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom with bunk beds are also available. Enjoy a bathroom with WC to avoid queues. Enjoy your sporting activities in complete tranquillity, as there's a shelter for your bikes, windsurfers and other equipment in the garden. On the practical side, between two expeditions or for a car-free vacation, park your car in the parking space in front of the house or in the garage, the choice is yours.
